Play Therapy for children 2 years and older, Filial Therapy for infants and parents, talk and creative arts therapy tailored to teens, family therapy, and effective parenting techniques for individuals and groups. For adults with childhood trauma, EMDR, AEDP and somatic techniques are used.
Workshops on working with children from a developmental perspective for teachers and childcare providers. Interactive discussions on positive discipline and communication strategies for parents. Trainings on brain and behavior, working with families that experience violence, and the impact of trauma for healthcare professionals.
Curriculum planning and design for groups, schools and providers. All curriculums can be tweaked in terms of length and audience as needed.

Yes, currently most services are being provided virtually.
What is the duration and frequency of sessions:
Sessions are typically weekly and are about 45 minutes each.
How long does therapy last:
It depends on the scope and complexity of issues. Usually at least six to eight sessions are needed to explore and resolve the concerns raised.
How do I begin therapy:
Call or email to set up an initial appointment. A preliminary consultation is scheduled to determine therapy goals, develop a treatment plan and agree upon a consistent time to meet. If you are seeking play, filial or family therapy, the child or other family members are not required to accompany you for the first visit.
For therapeutic sessions: you may be eligible for reimbursement by your insurance company under out of network benefits for mental health. Your insurance company can advise you if your plan covers out of network psychotherapy services and the reimbursement rate for your plan (often 50% to 80%).
For trainings and curriculums: the cost depends on the specific parameters required and includes charges for preparation time.
